The customer needed an entire digital transformation for their chain of boutique hotels. Each separate hotel had been running its own basic CMS site with email and phone contact info. To create a comprehensive solution that connected each location, Shuup Shop-in-Shop was used.

Shuup Shop-in-Shop enables a complex network of connected ecommerce sites with online bookings. Location owners can brand and update their own site and offer sales, coupons, and promotions.

The options for location owners to customize are controlled and monitored by the hotel chain admins. All sales and bookings are also instantaneously usable in the hotel chain’s 3rd party accounting software through an API connection.

As more hotel chain locations are added, they can instantly get access to their own site and can begin collecting bookings.
