What is Marketing?

Marketing can be defined as, the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large. In short, marketing is creating meaningful content that communicates your brand, product, or service to current and potential customers.

Marketing is essential for any business, but can be especially crucial for new or small businesses. Marketing can help a business not only attract their audience, but also keep the audience engaged and satisfied with the business. Creating long-lasting and meaningful customer relationships is the heart of any successful business.
